Do you offer breakfast? No, our boutique property does not have a kitchen facility. There are over 24 cafes in Southwold who will love your business!

Do you have a carpark? Yes, we have on site customer carpark and there is also unrestricted road parking along Pier avenue.

Can I use the carpark before I checkin on the same day? Yes, if you arrive early, please use the customer parking.

When do I receive access codes? Access codes will be sent on the day of your checkin.

Can I check in early? We do not offer an early checkin, its very difficult due to additional time pressure on housekeeping team.

Can I have a late checkout? Sorry, we do not offer late checkout due to the time restrictions with housekeeping team.

Do you have luggage storage? Yes, please request and access code will be shared.
